Aff Root Terms & Conditions

AffRoot, (“AffRoot”, “Company”, “we” or “us”), whether directly or indirectly, owns and operates the AffRoot.com website, including AffRoot’s developer site, portals and user interfaces and the services and content thereon (collectively, the “Site”). If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, then you must not use the Site. We may change this Agreement at any time and without any notice to you. We recommend that you periodically visit this page to review this Agreement. By using the Site after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

This Agreement is between you (“you”) and AffRoot concerning your use of and access to the Site.

1. The Site is controlled and/or operated from the India. The Site may not be appropriate or available for use in some jurisdictions outside of the India. It is your rise to close the website and to use it, we may limit the website’s availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.

2. Your submission of information through the website is governed by the Privacy Policy of the Site (the “Privacy Policy”) which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

3. While accessing and using the website you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We expect users of the website to respect the rights and dignity of others.

4. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to monitor, evaluate or alter submissions before or after they appear on the website, seek to verify that all rights, consents, releases and permissions in or relating to such submission have been obtained by you in accordance with your representations above; and refuse, reject or remove any submission at any time or for any reason.

5. All the information and materials made available through the Site (including images, data, illustrations, designs, icons, video clips, text, software, graphics, scripts, logos and other materials) are and shall remain the exclusive property of company. Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved for AffRoot.

6. We may use third party suppliers to purchase products through websites and if you want to buy anything from site then you have to agree the compliances of our third party vendors.

7. We have no control over inks to other websites and Affront is not responsible for any loss here. It is your sole responsibilities to look for these links and act accordingly.

8. This Agreement is effective until terminated and we may at any time and for any reason, terminate your access to or use of the website, your user name and password or any files or information associated with your user name and password.

10. Please do reach us if this agreement is not as per your terms and conditions as this agreement is not constructed to create any associations in between you and us. We may assign, transfer or sublicense any or all of our rights or obligations under this Agreement without restrictions.
